Comment: The 2 Dortmund shows were added after the Rome concert was cancelled. Most of the tickets to these shows were sold in Holland (Dortmund is close to the Dutch border) because of the great succes of the Rotterdam shows. The last show was filmed with 17 camera's by a dutch filmcrew and broadcasted live or with a little delay throughout Europe. Later it was sold as a home video.
