Sign 'O' The Times Tour

The Sign 'O' The Times Tour lasted over almost 2 months and included 34 concerts in Europe. It was seen by 350,000 people. Madhouse was the opening act.
Because of rain during the 2 final Utrecht shows Prince decided to cancel his London Wembley Stadium shows. Also Italian shows were cancelled. They were replaced with the 4 final dates.
Originally there was supposed to be an American leg as well, but due to the poor reception of the album in the US Prince decided against it. Instead he filmed the last 3 shows. Back in Minneapolis the entire show was shot again in Paisley Park, which turned out to be the footage used in the concert movie. Only the live shots with audience were used from the Rotterdam en Antwerp shows.
